Look how fast Rigel is! He is leading the pack on the ball race (one of his favorite parts of class).
Rigel attends Karate once or twice a week, depending on his (and my own) energy level. He was a little intimidated at first, and it took about 3 classes and an incentive (lollipops!) for him to enjoy himself. Now, his favorite part is being a frog (hopping on all fours from one end of the mat to the other) and the ball race (each student gets uniquely colored ball, all thrown at once by instructor, and students race to find their ball first).
